Clive was exceptional at check in. Very personable and good sense of humor. We can appreciate that as we travel all over the country and rarely meet an attendant like him. The beds and pillows were fantastic and so comfortable. We stayed in the king suite and it was so roomy. Breakfast looked and smell great although we didn't have time to grab a bite. The breakfast area was super busy so I'd say it's safe to assume the breakfast tasted as good as it smelled.

Gentleman at the front desk was super nice. He shared to doggy rules, which is new since last time I was there with the dogs, but did it in a super nice way. I never leave my pups alone so no issue. Sometimes a parent/child delivery can happen with new rules and new employees but that was not my experience. Nice guy. Also found a wallet by the bushes out back and put it by the back door. Called from the room to let them know so I did not drag the pups through the lobby again to be respectful of non-pup loving peeps.

We used this hotel as a pit stop on our move from NC to KY. We checked in around 1 am after a long drive, and the front desk already had our keys ready, and we only spent 2 minutes at the desk which was awesome because we were exhausted! The only thing better was breakfast! We loaded up before the final leg of our trip!

Very clean, great staff, decent location about 20 minutes from airport. Beds were comfy and room is spacious. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor fire pit.

Kim at Breakfast was wonderful to accommodate my glutin-free and vegetarian diet with glutin-free bread and meat-free omelet. She was a burst of sunshine and attention to everyone, meeting their needs for Breakfast and engaging in friendly conversation. Excellent customer service and engagement. She is the most caring, friendly, helpful and gracious staff person we have met on our 3-month post-pandemic road trip. Freeway convenient, hotel was great location to meet friends we had not seen in 10 years. They were Hilton Rewards members and traveled with their dog. The sitting area near the elevator on our floor was a perfect site to visit with each other. Finally, the Middle Eastern restaurant across the street, confusingly named Mama Mia, was EXCELLENT and welcomed us for a long friendly delicious evening.

Very clean staff was very nice and helpful ! The room was spacious! The morning meals were good . The prices was fair all in all it would be my first choice if I’m back in Knoxville !

First off the staff was all very friendly. The hotel itself is super clean(cause it is pet friendly) I was very happy about that cause we have stayed in a few hotels down in that location that are not, due to Dr Apts. The room it's self was really nice ,very clean and we had all of our amenities if you was needing anything else they do offer a mini store next to the front office with everything and I mean everything. They do also have a full breakfast every morning that is included with your price that actually is really good. It is a non smoking hotel. But I'm a smoker and I will tell you this they have the nicest lay out for us smokers in the back with a really nice fire pit on a timer with about 10 to 15 chairs around it and then they also have across from that a a gazebo with about 7 to 8 seats their. So it's very nice to have for us smokers for change. I just figured I would just put that our their cause I was very happy about that, it made my trip even better cause I made new friends while I was out their. We will be staying here on our next trip back down their in the fall.
